AI Training for Businesses

Life’s busy, right? And keeping your business on the cutting edge feels like trying to juggle flaming torches. That’s where we step in. At Flair Content, we make AI simple and useful - not a head-scratching buzzword.

Let’s talk about getting your team up to speed with practical AI training or shaving hours off your workload with smart automation. We’re here to help you work smarter, not harder.

AI Simplified

AI training that changes how your team actually works.

Not a tool tutorial. Not a one-size-fits-all workshop. Practical, bespoke AI training built around your business, your team and the outcomes that matter to you.

Based in Norwich and delivering across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and the UK. Available in person, remotely or as a blended programme.

Most AI training teaches tools. Very few businesses actually change after it.

There is no shortage of AI courses. Workshops, webinars, online modules, vendor-led sessions. Most of them teach people how to use a specific platform for an hour, hand over a certificate and send them back to their desks.

Then nothing changes. The team goes back to working the same way they always have, the tools sit unused, and six months later the business is having the same conversation about falling behind on AI.

The problem is not the tools. The problem is that most training is not built around the people doing the work or the business trying to grow. It is generic, it is passive and it does not connect what AI can do in theory to what it needs to do in your specific context.

"The best AI training does not teach tools. It changes how people think about what is possible." - Jules

This is what genuinely useful AI training looks like

Every programme I deliver starts with a conversation about your business, not a slide deck about AI. What are your team's goals? Where are they losing time? What are they worried about? What does success look like for you six months from now?

From that conversation I build a training programme that meets your people where they actually are, addresses the real questions they are too polite to ask in a group setting, and gives them practical skills they can apply to their actual work the same day.

I have been working with and testing generative AI since 2022. I have personally evaluated more than a thousand tools. That means I am not recommending things because they are fashionable or because a vendor paid for my lunch. I recommend what works, I am honest about what does not, and I help your team build judgment as well as skills.

What your team will be able to do after training

Training outcomes vary depending on your programme, your team and your starting point. Here is what most businesses see within weeks of working together.
Chatbot System. businessman in suit using AI assistant interface technology on mobile smartphone, machine learning, data analysis, automation technology trends, artificial intelligence concept

Create content faster without losing quality

Your team stops staring at blank screens.

AI becomes part of the workflow, not a distraction from it.

Use AI with genuine confidence

No more hesitation, no more worrying about whether they are doing it right. Your team builds the judgment to know when AI helps and when it does not.

Complex precision times clock business working hours moving. Stacked multiple dimension time space graphic art concept.

Save hours every week on repetitive tasks

The time your team spends on tasks that AI can handle quickly and well gets redirected to higher-value work that actually needs human thinking.

Ask better questions of AI and get better results

Prompt thinking is a transferable skill. Your team learns to communicate with AI effectively across any tool, not just the ones covered in training.

Stay ahead rather than catch up

Businesses whose teams understand AI compound their advantage over time. Training now means your people are building capability while competitors are still deciding whether to start.

Adopt AI without losing your brand voice or values

Great AI training does not produce generic output machines. It helps your team use AI in a way that still sounds like them and feels right for your business.

The foundational training that gives your whole team a shared language, a shared understanding and the practical skills to start using generative AI confidently in their day-to-day work. We cover how generative AI actually works, what it is genuinely good at, where the risks and limitations are, and how to build it into your workflows in a way that adds real value rather than just adding noise.

Format:  Half day or full day in person or remote. Group sessions up to 10 people. Available as a standalone session or as part of a broader programme.

AI for Marketing and Creative Teams

Best for:  Marketing managers, content teams, creative agencies, comms professionals, brand teams.

Built specifically for the people who live and breathe content, campaigns and creative output. This programme covers AI-assisted content production, prompt techniques that actually produce usable copy and visual concepts, maintaining brand voice when working with AI, speeding up research and ideation, and building an AI workflow that scales your team output without scaling your headcount. Honest about where AI elevates creative work and where human judgment remains irreplaceable.

Format:  Half day or full day. Can be delivered as a team training day, an agency workshop or a conference session. Tailored to your specific tools, channels and creative challenges.

Data analytics automated with AI technology. Big data, business analytics and artificial intelligence automation. Dashboard report with sales and operations charts and KPI insights on touch screen.

AI Strategy for Leadership Teams

Best for:  Business owners, directors, senior managers and board members who need to lead AI adoption without necessarily being the ones implementing it.

Leadership teams do not need to know how to prompt ChatGPT. They need to know how to make good decisions about AI: what to invest in, what to avoid, how to build a culture that embraces AI without losing what makes your business good, and how to lead teams through a transition that many people find genuinely unsettling. This session gives leaders the strategic clarity and the human insight to guide their organisations through AI adoption with confidence.

Format:  Half day facilitated session. Works well as a leadership away day session, a board briefing or an executive team workshop. Can be combined with an AI readiness assessment.

Bespoke AI Training Programme

Best for:  Organisations with specific needs, multiple teams or a longer-term capability-building agenda.

For businesses that need more than a single session. A bespoke programme is designed entirely around your organisation: your teams, your tools, your goals and your timeline. This might involve multiple sessions across different teams, a phased approach that builds from foundations to advanced application, follow-up coaching, or an ongoing relationship that evolves as the technology and your business needs change.

Format:  Designed collaboratively. Duration, format and content agreed based on your specific requirements.

Includes discovery conversation, programme design and post-training support.

How the training process works

1. Discovery conversation - a 30 min call to understand your team, your goals and what you actually need from the training.
2. Programme design - based on the discovery conversation, built for you.
3. Delivery - interactive, practical and genuinely engaging. Not lecture-style, Not death by powerpoint. Real examples from your industry. People leave with skills they can use immediately.
4. Follow-on support - The learning does not stop when the session ends. I am available to answer questions, provide additional resources and support your team as they begin to applying what they have learned.
